Function and Efficacy

Pharmacology: This product is an opioid receptor specific antagonist, and has antagonistic effects on four opioid receptor subtypes (μ-receptor, δ-receptor, κ-receptor, б-receptor). For morphine poisoning, a small dose (0.4-0.8 mg) of intramuscular or intravenous injection can quickly reverse the effects of morphine, and eliminate the respiratory depression, sedation, pupil constriction caused by morphine poisoning, and the effects of lowering blood pressure and coma caused by severe poisoning in 1-3 minutes. It can quickly induce withdrawal syndrome in morphine addicts. Naloxone also has an anti-shock effect, which counteracts the effect of endorphins during shock. It has a wake-up effect on alcohol poisoning animals.

Indication

It is used for acute alcohol poisoning, limited to the intoxication state of acute alcohol poisoning with unstable gait, excessive talk, incoherence, euphoria, ataxia, slow perception, drowsiness, and lethargy, but not accompanied by coma and changes in vital signs. The main ingredients and chemical names of this product are: 17-allyl-4,5; epoxy-3,14-hydroxymorphinan-6-one hydrochloride dihydrate. The basic structural formula is: Molecular formula: C19H21NO4; HCl; 2H2O Molecular weight: 399.87.

Usage and Dosage

Take orally, 0.4-0.8 mg per time
