Appearance
The capsules are for inhalation and contain white powder. When used, they are placed in a special inhaler and sprayed for inhalation.
Indication
Treat and prevent bronchial asthma, treat reversible bronchial obstruction. It can be used for the maintenance treatment of chronic asthma and chronic bronchitis, relieve acute bronchospasm and prevent exercise-induced asthma.
Usage and Dosage
Powder mist inhalation. For adults, 0.2~0.4mg (calculated as salbutamol) once, 4 times a day; for children, 0.2mg (calculated as salbutamol) once, 4 times a day. Before use, take a capsule and put it into the puncture slot of the special inhaler. Press the side button with your finger. The two ends of the capsule are punctured by 4 fine needles. Then put the mouth inhaler deep into the mouth and inhale forcefully. The capsule rotates rapidly with the airflow, and the powder in the capsule is sprayed out of the capsule shell and enters the respiratory tract with the airflow.
Adverse Reactions
1. Allergic reactions and abnormal bronchospasm. 2. Common adverse reactions include: tremor, nausea, palpitations, headache, insomnia. 3. Less common adverse reactions include: dizziness, vertigo, dry mouth and throat.
Precautions
Patients who are allergic to this product or other adrenergic receptor agonists are contraindicated.
Drug Interactions
1. When used simultaneously with other adrenergic receptor agonists, the effect is increased, but the adverse reactions are also increased. 2. When used simultaneously with theophylline drugs, the effect of relaxing bronchial smooth muscles can be increased, but the adverse reactions are also increased. 3. Avoid using it simultaneously with monoamine oxidase inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants.
