Indication
This product is suitable for various types of depression, including depression accompanied by anxiety and generalized anxiety disorder.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: The initial dose is 25 mg once, 2 to 3 times a day, and gradually increase to 75 mg to 225 mg per day, divided into 2 to 3 times. The maximum dose is 350 mg per day. It can be taken with food. Or follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
Gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea, anorexia, diarrhea, etc. may occur. Headache, restlessness, weakness, drowsiness, insomnia, dizziness or tremor may also occur. Rare adverse reactions include allergic rash and sexual dysfunction. It can cause high blood pressure, which is positively correlated with the dose. High doses can induce epilepsy. Sudden discontinuation of the drug may cause withdrawal syndrome such as insomnia, anxiety, nausea, sweating, tremor, dizziness or paresthesia.

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product or those who are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors.
Drug Interactions
1 When used in combination with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or monoamine oxidase inhibitors, it may cause hypertension, rigidity, myoclonus, involuntary movements, anxiety, impaired consciousness and even coma and death. Therefore, when switching from one drug to another, a wash-out period of 7 to 14 days is required. 2 When used in combination with quinidine, the blood concentration of this product may increase. 3 When used in combination with beta-blockers propranolol, metoprolol, timolol or with tricyclic antidepressants amitriptyline, clomipramine, imipramine or with antiarrhythmic drugs propafenone, codeine and dextromethorphan, it may competitively inhibit the metabolism of this product. 4 When used in combination with cimetidine, this product may clear
