Function and Efficacy
Acetaminophen can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects; amantadine can resist subtype A influenza virus and inhibit virus reproduction; caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant, which can enhance the antipyretic and analgesic effects of acetaminophen, and can reduce the central nervous system inhibitory effects such as drowsiness and dizziness caused by other drugs; chlorpheniramine maleate is an antiallergic drug that can relieve symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing; artificial bezoar has antipyretic and tranquilizing effects. Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains 250 mg of acetaminophen, 100 mg of amantadine hydrochloride, 2 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate, 10 mg of artificial bezoar, and 15 mg of caffeine.

Appearance
This product is a capsule containing light yellow pills.
Indication
It is used to relieve fever, headache, nasal congestion, sore throat and other symptoms caused by the common cold or influenza. It can also be used for the prevention and treatment of influenza.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults, 1 tablet at a time, 2 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
(1) Occasionally, rash, nausea, vomiting, sweating, abdominal pain, anorexia and pale complexion may occur. Some patients may experience drowsiness or mild dizziness after the first dose, and the symptoms disappear after stopping the drug. (2) Occasionally, methemoglobinemia may occur and cyanosis may occur. Long-term or large-scale use may damage liver and kidney function. (3) Sometimes, hallucinations and mental disorders may occur. Occasionally, slurred speech and involuntary eye movements may occur, which are generally manifestations of excessive excitement or poisoning of the central nervous system. (4) For elderly patients, urination difficulties and syncope may occur, and postural hypotension may often occur. (5) Occasionally, leukopenia may occur. (6) More persistent adverse reactions include: inability to concentrate, dizziness, irritability, anorexia, nervousness, purple-red reticular spots or reticular macula on the skin, sleep disorders, nightmares, etc. Rarely, headaches, blurred vision, dry mouth, nose and throat, constipation, fatigue and weakness may occur. (7) Swelling of the lower limbs may occur with long-term treatment.
Precautions
1. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product. 2. It is contraindicated for patients with active peptic ulcer. 3. It is contraindicated for pregnant women and breastfeeding women. 4. It is contraindicated for children under 1 year old.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Not recommended. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution for pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: Use with caution due to decreased liver and kidney function.
Drug Interactions
1. When used with other antipyretic analgesics, the risk of nephrotoxicity may be increased. 2. This product should not be used with chloramphenicol, barbiturates (such as phenobarbital), etc. 3.
