This product is a central antitussive drug that can inhibit the cough center in the medulla oblongata to produce an antitussive effect. Its antitussive effect is equal to or slightly stronger than that of codeine. The general therapeutic dose does not inhibit breathing, and long-term use is non-addictive and non-tolerant.

The main ingredient of this product is 1.5 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide per milliliter, and the base materials are vanillin and sucrose. Chemical name: 3-methoxy-17-methyl-9α,13α,14αmorphinan hydrobromide hydrate Molecular weight: C18H25N0·HBr·H20

This product is light brown clear liquid.

Centrally acting antitussive drug. Suitable for dry cough caused by acute and chronic respiratory diseases.

Oral administration for adults: Children over 12 years old and adults, 10-20 ml at a time, 3-4 times a day.

Symptoms include dizziness, headache, drowsiness, irritability, belching, loss of appetite, constipation, nausea, skin allergies, etc., but they do not affect the efficacy. The above reactions will disappear on their own after stopping the drug. Overdose can cause unconsciousness, bronchospasm, and respiratory depression.

1. Women who are within 3 months of pregnancy, those with a history of mental illness, and breastfeeding women are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients who have stopped taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors for less than two weeks are prohibited from using this product.

Precautions for children: Not yet clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women within three months of pregnancy and lactating women are prohibited. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.
