Function and Efficacy
Nystatin is a polyene antifungal antibiotic that has the effect of inhibiting and killing fungi. This product mainly acts on Candida albicans. It can destroy the cell membrane of Candida albicans, causing potassium ion overflow, interfering with its energy metabolism, and thus playing an inhibitory role. In addition, this product also has an inhibitory effect on Cryptococcus neoformans, Histoplasma capsulatum, etc. This product also has a certain effect on Trichomonas vaginalis. In vitro, it is generally not easy to develop drug resistance.

Usage and Dosage
For deep vaginal use, rinse the vulva with 2% to 3% soda solution or take a sitz bath before use, wipe dry and insert the product with a finger wearing a plastic cot, 1 tablet (100,000 u)/time, 1 to 2 times/day. Symptoms can be relieved 24h to 72h after medication, 2 weeks as a course of treatment, can be repeated if necessary. In order to avoid fungal stomatitis in newborns, pregnant women can use 1 to 2 tablets/day before delivery for 3 to 6 weeks.
