This product is a lymphokine that can proliferate cytotoxic T cells, natural killer cells and lymphokine-activated killer cells and enhance their killing activity. It can also promote lymphocytes to secrete antibodies and interferon, and has the effect of promoting the body's immune response.

This product is an anti-tumor biological therapeutic drug, mainly used for the treatment of renal cancer, malignant melanoma and cancerous pleural and abdominal effusions. It can also be used for the comprehensive treatment of other malignant tumors.

For cancer treatment, it can be intravenously infused or subcutaneously injected at a daily dose of 200,000-400,000 IU/m2 of body surface area (500,000-1,000,000 IU/time), once a day, for five consecutive days a week, and a course of treatment of four weeks. For intracavitary injection of cancerous pleural and abdominal effusions, the pleural and abdominal effusions should be drained as much as possible, and each injection should be 400,000-600,000 IU/m2 of body surface area (500,000-1,000,000 IU/time), 1-2 times a week, for 2-4 weeks, or used according to the doctor's instructions based on the patient's condition.

The most common adverse reactions are fever, chills, and muscle aches, which are related to the dosage. Generally, it is a transient fever (about 38°C), and there may also be chills and high fever. The body temperature can return to normal 3 to 4 hours after stopping the drug. Some patients may experience nausea, vomiting, rash, and cold-like symptoms. Subcutaneous injections may cause local redness, swelling, nodules, and pain. All side effects can recover on their own after stopping the drug. When used in larger doses, this product may cause capillary leak syndrome, manifested as hypotension, peripheral edema, temporary renal insufficiency, etc. It should be discontinued immediately and actively treated symptomatically. It should be noted that the safe dosage should be strictly controlled when using this product.

Patients with high fever, severe heart disease, hypotension, severe heart and kidney insufficiency, abnormal lung function or those who have undergone organ transplantation. 3. Precautions for children: The safety and efficacy of the drug for children under 18 years of age have not been confirmed. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: There is a lack of adequate controlled research data on this product for pregnant women. This product can only be used when the benefits of using this product outweigh the risks that the fetus may bear. It is not clear whether this product is secreted in human milk. Because this product has potential adverse reactions to infants, the decision to stop breastfeeding or stop taking the drug depends on the importance of the drug to the mother. Precautions for the elderly: The situation that occurs with this product in elderly patients and young patients is the same.
