Indication

Usage and Dosage
Initial dose: 2.5mg/6.25mg, once a day, one tablet at a time. If the treatment effect is not good, the dose can be increased to 5mg/6.25mg, once a day, one tablet at a time. This product should be taken in the morning and can be taken with food. This film-coated tablet should be swallowed with a small amount of liquid and chewed. Patients with mild to moderate liver failure or mild to moderate renal failure (creatinine clearance greater than 30ml/min) do not need to change the dose
Precautions
Severe asthma and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; heart failure that cannot be controlled by clinical treatment; cardiogenic shock; sick sinus syndrome (including sinoatrial block); second or third degree atrioventricular block without a pacemaker; significant bradycardia (heart rate less than 50 beats/min); variant angina (simple type and single treatment); severe Raynaud's disease and severe peripheral circulatory disorders; hypotension, etc.
