Function and Efficacy
After immunization, this vaccine can stimulate the body to produce immunity against yellow fever virus and is used to prevent yellow fever.
Ingredients
This product is made by inoculating chicken embryos with attenuated yellow fever virus 17D strain, grinding and centrifuging, and freeze-drying the supernatant.
Appearance
This product is a slightly pink loose body, which becomes a slightly pink turbid liquid after dissolution.
Indication
For the prevention of yellow fever.
Usage and Dosage
1. Vaccination targets are people who enter or pass through yellow fever epidemic areas. 2. Add 10 times the amount of normal saline according to the dosage indicated on the label and mix well before vaccination. 3. Subcutaneous injection of 0.5 ml into the deltoid muscle on the outside of the upper arm.
Adverse Reactions
Individuals who experience fever, dizziness, or rash after injection should be carefully observed and given appropriate treatment if necessary. A few people may experience local pain and slight swelling after injection, which generally subsides within 1 to 3 days.
Precautions
1 Patients with fever and acute diseases. 2 Patients with serious chronic diseases such as heart, liver, and kidney. 3 People with a history of allergies, especially those allergic to eggs. 4 Pregnant women.
Storage
Store at 2 to 8°C away from light.
Packaging Specification
After reconstitution, the product contains 0.5 ml per bottle. The human dose is 0.5 ml per time, and the content of live yellow fever virus should not be less than 4.2LgPFU.
