Function and Efficacy
This product is a compound preparation composed of guaifenesin, racemic methylephedrine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate. Guaifenesin is a nausea expectorant, which stimulates the gastric mucosa, causes mild nausea and reflexively increases the secretion of respiratory glands, dilutes sputum and makes it easier to cough up; racemic methylephedrine hydrochloride is an adrenergic drug that can shrink the blood vessels of the nasal mucosa and relieve symptoms of nasal congestion and runny nose; chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that can eliminate or relieve the symptoms of tearing, sneezing and runny nose caused by colds.
Ingredients
Corydalis yanhusuo, galangal, cinnamon, fennel, amomum villosum, white peony root, oyster, and licorice. Excipients: starch, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, pregelatinized starch, and magnesium stearate.

Indication
Used for cough and sputum caused by cold, bronchitis, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Oral. Children (Specification I): Take with warm water or put this product into 20-50 ml warm water and shake it to dissolve it into a uniform suspension before taking. Once: 1/4 tablets for children under 1 year old; 1/2 tablets for 1-3 years old; 3/4 tablets for 4-6 years old; 1 tablet for 7-9 years old; 1.5 tablets for 10-12 years old. Children should take no more than 1/5 tablet per kilogram of body weight, 3-4 times a day or as directed by a doctor. Adults (Specification II): Take with warm water or put 1 tablet of this product into 50 ml warm water and shake it to dissolve it into a uniform suspension before taking. 1 tablet at a time, 3-4 times a day or as directed by a doctor.
Adverse Reactions

Drug Interactions
