Function and Efficacy
Progestogens act on the endometrium and promote the proliferation and secretion of the endometrium. Through negative feedback to the hypothalamus, they inhibit the release of luteinizing hormone from the anterior pituitary and inhibit the ovulation process of the ovary. The anti-cancer effect may be related to the anti-estrogen effect.

Appearance
This product is white tablets.
Indication
It can be used for irregular menstruation, functional uterine bleeding and endometriosis, etc. It can also be used for advanced breast cancer and endometrial cancer.
Usage and Dosage
1 Functional amenorrhea: oral, 4-8 mg per day, for 5-10 consecutive days; 2 Endometrial cancer: oral, 100 mg once, 3 times a day, or oral 500 mg, 1 to 2 times a day, as a maintenance dose after intramuscular injection.
Adverse Reactions
Some women have irregular bleeding. When treating tumors, high doses may cause Cushing's syndrome. Long-term use may cause abnormal liver function.
Precautions
Patients with impaired liver and kidney function, patients with a history of thrombosis such as cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, thrombophlebitis, undiagnosed bleeding from sexual organs, urinary tract bleeding, and a history of allergy to this product are contraindicated for use.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Use with caution Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated for pregnant women. Precautions for the elderly: There is no evidence that elderly patients differ in drug metabolism compared to younger patients. Therefore, the same dosage, contraindications, and precautions apply to each age group.
Drug Interactions
This product can be used in combination with chemotherapy drugs to enhance their anti-cancer effects. It can promote thrombosis when used in combination with adrenal cortex hormones.
