Acemetacin Capsules
Function and Efficacy
This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which may produce anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins.
Appearance
This product is a capsule, and the contents are light yellow powder.
Indication
1. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis. 2. Periarthritis of shoulder, bursitis, tenosynovitis. 3. Low back pain, sprain, strain and other soft tissue injuries. 4. Acute gout. 5. Dysmenorrhea, toothache and postoperative pain.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults: 30 mg (1 tablet) at a time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
The main symptoms are stomach discomfort, nausea and vomiting. A few patients have dizziness, headache, facial edema, dry mouth, nose and eyes, palpitations and rash.
Precautions
Patients with peptic ulcer, severe liver and kidney disease, severe blood disease. Contraindicated.
