Acetaminophen can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects; chlorpheniramine maleate is a histamine H1 receptor antagonist, which can counteract the dilation of capillaries caused by allergic reactions (histamine), reduce the permeability of capillaries, and relieve wheezing caused by contraction of bronchial smooth muscles; caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant that can constrict cerebral blood vessels and reduce their pulsation amplitude; artificial bezoar has the effects of clearing away heat, detoxifying, removing phlegm and calming the nerves. The combination of the four medicines can detoxify, relieve pain, and relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, and headache caused by colds.

This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 250 mg of acetaminophen, 15 mg of caffeine, 1 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate, and 10 mg of artificial bezoar. Excipients are: starch, dextrin, and microcrystalline cellulose.

This product is a hard capsule containing red, yellow, green and white pills.

It is suitable for relieving symptoms such as fever, headache, sore limbs, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and sore throat caused by the common cold and influenza.

Oral administration. Adults take 1 capsule every 12 hours, children take half the dose, seriously ill patients can take 2 capsules or follow the doctor's advice.

Sometimes there are mild dizziness, fatigue, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, lack of appetite and rash, which can recover on their own.

It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment.
