Glucometacin enteric-coated tablets
Function and Efficacy
This product is made of indomethacin and glucosamine hydrochloride in a ratio of 1:3. Each tablet contains 25 mg of indomethacin and 75 mg of glucosamine hydrochloride, which play the role of indomethacin and glucosamine in the body. Indomethacin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which exerts antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins; after entering the body, glucosamine stimulates and restores the biosynthesis of hyaluronic acid and proteoglycans, inhibits macrophages from producing superoxide free radicals and enzymes that have a destructive effect on articular cartilage; and can prevent glucocorticoids from damaging chondrocytes and the adverse effects of certain non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on prostaglandin synthesis, and can reduce the release of endotoxic factors that damage cells.

Appearance
This product is an enteric-coated tablet, which appears off-white or light yellow after removing the enteric coating.
Indication
An anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug, clinically used for ankylosing spondylitis, cervical spondylosis, and can also be used for periarthritis of the shoulder, rheumatic or rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration, 1 to 2 tablets at a time, 1 to 2 times a day, before or after meals.
Adverse Reactions
Oral adverse reactions are rare, but allergic reactions and rashes are occasionally seen.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for use by people with renal insufficiency, pregnant women, those engaged in dangerous or delicate work, those with mental illness, epilepsy, active gastric and duodenal ulcers, and children.

Precautions for children: Children are prohibited from using this product. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. This product can cause fetal ductus arteriosus occlusion and persistent pulmonary hypertension when used in the last three months of pregnancy. Precautions for pregnant women are prohibited. 2. This product can be excreted from breast milk and may cause toxic and side effects in infants. Precautions for lactating women are prohibited.
