Dioxin Hydrochloride Granules

This product has a strong antitussive effect. It also has antihistamine, smooth muscle spasm relief, anti-inflammatory and local anesthetic effects. The antitussive effect usually appears 30-60 minutes after taking the medicine, and the effect lasts for 4-6 hours or longer.

The main ingredient of this product is dioxadiazine hydrochloride, and its chemical name is: 10-(2-dimethylamino-isopropylazine) phenothiazine-5,5-dioxide hydrochloride.

This product is light yellow granules.

Used for cough, asthma, urticaria and skin itching.

Oral. Common adult dosage: 5 mg once, 3 times a day; maximum dosage: 10 mg, 30 mg a day. Children's dosage: 1-2 years old, 0.75 mg (1/2 bag) once; 3-4 years old, 1.5 mg (1 bag) once; 5-6 years old, 2.25 mg (1 and a half bags) once. Twice a day.

There may be drowsiness and fatigue. There are reports of serious extrapyramidal adverse reactions and convulsions in children due to overdose in domestic applications.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product, those who work at heights, drive vehicles, or operate machinery.
