Diethylstilbestrol injection

This product is a synthetic non-steroidal estrogen. The main effects are: 1. Promote the normal development of female organs and secondary sexual characteristics. 2. Promote endometrial hyperplasia and vaginal epithelial keratinization. 3. Enhance uterine contraction and increase uterine sensitivity to oxytocin. 4. Small doses stimulate and large doses inhibit the secretion of anterior pituitary gonadotropin and prolactin. 5. Anti-androgenic effect.

The main ingredients of this product: diethylstilbestrol. Excipients: oil for injection. Chemical name: (E)-4,4'-(1,2-diethyl-1,2-vinylidene)bisphenol. Molecular formula: C18H20O2 Molecular weight: 268.36

This product is a slightly yellow to light yellow clear oily liquid.

1. Supplement the lack of estrogen in the body, such as atrophic vaginitis, female gonadal dysgenesis, menopausal syndrome, senile vulvar dryness and vaginitis, after oophorectomy, primary ovarian agenesis. 2. Breast cancer, postmenopausal and male advanced breast cancer, those who cannot undergo surgical treatment. 3. Prostate cancer, advanced patients who cannot undergo surgical treatment. 4. Withdrawal (or) milk withdrawal.

Intramuscular injection: 0.5-1 mg once, 0.5-6 mg per day.

When this product is used together with antihypertensive drugs, it can reduce the antihypertensive effect.
