Indication
It is used as a stationary phase for gas chromatography and in organic synthesis. It can also be used as a solvent, a gas meter and a shock absorber for hydraulic presses, a softener, a nutrient for antibiotic fermentation, a desiccant, etc.
Usage and Dosage
1. For constipation, 50% solution of this product can be used for enema. 2. For lowering intraocular pressure and intracranial pressure, take 50% glycerol solution (containing 0.9% sodium chloride) orally, 200 ml each time, once a day, or twice a day if necessary, but with an interval of 6 to 8 hours.
