Anisodamine Hydrobromide Injection

Function and Efficacy

This product is an anticholinergic drug that acts on M-cholinergic receptors. It has obvious peripheral anticholinergic effects, which are similar to or slightly weaker than atropine. It can relax smooth muscles and relieve microvascular spasms, so it has antispasmodic, analgesic and microcirculation improving effects. Its pupil dilation and glandular secretion inhibition effects are 1/20 to 1/10 of atropine. Because it cannot pass through the blood-brain barrier, its central effect is weak. Compared with atropine, it has the advantages of higher selectivity and lower toxicity and side effects.
