Ampicillin

Isid is a semi-synthetic broad-spectrum penicillin antibiotic, mainly used to treat infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus, gonococci, diphtheria, Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Shigella dysenteriae and influenzae. It has the advantages of broad-spectrum antibacterial, fast oral effect, high efficacy, and low toxicity and side effects.

Active ingredient: Ampicillin.

Secondary infection of cold, bronchitis, pneumonia and other gallbladder and bile duct infections, acute gastroenteritis, bacterial dysentery, typhoid and paratyphoid gonorrhea, non-gonococcal urinary tract infection and other cellulitis, skin ulcer infection and other sepsis, meningitis, endocarditis, peritoneal and intra-abdominal infections, diphtheria, whooping cough, etc.

It is recommended to be taken orally on an empty stomach. Adults should take 2-4 capsules each time, 4 times a day; children should take 50-100 mg/kg of body weight in 4 divided doses.

The most common adverse reactions of this product are allergic reactions, and rash is the most common reaction. This product cannot be used for patients with infectious mononucleosis, cytomegalovirus infection, lymphocytic leukemia, lymphoma, etc. A small number of patients have elevated transaminases.

Contraindicated in patients allergic to penicillin.

Store in a cool, dark place, sealed and shielded from light. Validity period: 2 years.
