This product is a dipeptide compound isolated from the culture fluid of Streptomyces of ivorecticuli, which can competitively inhibit aminopeptidase B and leucine amino-peptidase. It can enhance the function of T cells, enhance the killing activity of NK cells, and increase the synthesis of colony stimulating factors to stimulate the regeneration and differentiation of bone marrow cells. The anti-tumor mechanism of this product is not very clear, but it may interfere with the metabolism of tumor cells, inhibit tumor cell proliferation, cause tumor cell apoptosis, activate human cellular immune function, stimulate the production and secretion of cytokines, and promote the production and proliferation of anti-tumor effector cells.

This product can enhance immune function and is used for adjuvant therapy of anti-cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy, elderly immune deficiency, etc. It can be used in conjunction with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and in combination with leukemia, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and other solid tumor patients.

Adults: 30 mg per day, once (on an empty stomach in the morning) or divided into 3 doses; children should take a reduced dose or follow the doctor's advice. If symptoms are relieved, it can be taken 2-3 times a week.

Occasionally, there are rash, itching, headache, facial edema and some digestive tract reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and soft stools.
