The acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects; pseudoephedrine hydrochloride can selectively constrict the blood vessels in the upper respiratory tract, eliminate nasal mucosal congestion, and relieve nasal congestion and runny nose; dextromethorphan hydrobromide can inhibit the cough center and produce an antitussive effect; chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that can eliminate or alleviate allergic symptoms such as tearing, runny nose, and sneezing caused by colds.

This product is a red clear liquid.

This product is used in children to relieve symptoms such as fever, headache, sore limbs, sneezing, runny nose, cold nose, cough and sore throat caused by the common cold or influenza.

The dosage for children under 12 years old is as follows: 2-3 years old: 12-14 kg, 2.5-3.5 ml/time 4-6 years old: 16-20 kg, 4-5.5 ml/time 7-9 years old: 22-26 kg, 6 ml/time 10-12 years old: 28-32 kg, 8 ml/time Frequency: If symptoms are not relieved, repeat the medication every 4-6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours.

Sometimes there are mild dizziness, fatigue, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, dry mouth and loss of appetite, which can recover on their own.
