Function and Efficacy
The aluminum hydroxide, magnesium trisilicate, magnesium oxide and calcium carbonate in this product are all antacids that can neutralize excessive gastric acid; belladonna fluid extract can inhibit gastric juice secretion, relieve smooth muscle spasm, and delay gastric emptying; licorice fluid extract has the effect of deoxycorticosterone, which can promote epithelial cells to secrete HCO3- and prevent reverse diffusion of hydrogen ions; costus root can promote qi and relieve pain, regulate the middle and remove stagnation, and protect the gastric mucosa; white hyacinth can astringe and stop bleeding, and protect the gastric mucosa.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains 70 mg of aluminum hydroxide, 30 mg of magnesium trisilicate, 67 mg of magnesium oxide, 134 mg of calcium carbonate, 100 mg of Bletilla striata, 47 mg of Costusroot, 67 mg of Licorice fluid extract, and 0.0033 ml of Belladonna fluid extract.

Indication
Used for chronic gastritis and to relieve stomach pain, heartburn and acid reflux caused by excessive gastric acid.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Adults take 2 to 3 tablets at a time, 3 times a day. Chew and take one hour before meals.
Adverse Reactions
1. Long-term use by the elderly may cause osteoporosis. 2. Long-term use by patients with renal insufficiency may cause aluminum accumulation poisoning and mental symptoms.
Precautions
1. Patients with appendicitis or similar symptoms are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with prostatic hypertrophy, glaucoma, pregnant women and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. 3. Patients with hypophosphatemia (such as malabsorption syndrome) are prohibited from using this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using.
Drug Interactions
1 Avoid taking other drugs after taking this product, because aluminum hydroxide can combine with other drugs and affect the efficacy. 2 This product can weaken the effects of metoclopramide and domperidone. 3 This product is effective in relieving the pain symptoms of duodenal ulcer when taken together with H2 receptor antagonists such as cimetidine, but it is not recommended to use the two drugs together within 1 hour, because this product can reduce the absorption of cimetidine and other drugs. 4 This product can be taken together with enteric-coated tablets to accelerate the dissolution of enteric-coated tablets, and should not be used together. 5 If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur.
