This product is a cell-inducing differentiation drug. Retinoic acid is a metabolic intermediate of vitamin A, which mainly affects bone growth and epithelial metabolism. It regulates the mitosis and renewal of epidermal cells, promotes normal keratinization, affects epithelial metabolism, and has a significant promoting effect on the growth of epithelial keratin cells and the shedding of the stratum corneum. It can promote the removal of existing acne and inhibit new acne; it can prevent the blockage of keratin plugs and inhibit the synthesis of keratin.

The main ingredient of this product is all-trans retinoic acid.

This product is a sugar-coated tablet, which appears yellow after removing the coating.

It is suitable for acne, lichen planus, leukoplakia, pityriasis rubra pilaris and facial pityriasis, etc. It can be used as an adjuvant treatment for psoriasis and ichthyosis, and can also be used to treat multiple common warts and various skin diseases such as abnormal keratinization. It is also used to treat acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) and can be used as a maintenance treatment drug.

Oral administration, 2-3 times a day, 10 mg each time.

Precautions for children: Children should use with caution. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: This product is teratogenic. Women of childbearing age and their spouses should strictly observe contraception during oral administration of this product, three months before taking the drug, and within one year after taking the drug. Women of childbearing age should undergo pregnancy immunity tests before taking the drug and after stopping the drug.

This product should not be taken together with vitamin A and tetracycline.
