Function and Efficacy
Preclinical pharmacodynamic tests show that this product can reduce the infarction range of myocardial infarction dogs, improve ischemic electrocardiogram, reduce serum enzyme CK and LDH activities, reduce plasma ET and TXB2 levels, and increase 6-Keto-PGF1alpha; activity and 6-Keto-PGF1alpha;/TXB2 ratio; reduce the infarction range of rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and increase SOD activity. This product can shorten the length of rat thrombus in vitro, reduce weight, and reduce plasma and whole blood viscosity; reduce TC, TG, LDL-C, VLDL-C levels, increase HDL-C levels, reduce aorta TC content and liver TG and MDA content in hyperlipidemia rabbits; and reduce arachidonic acid and collagen-induced platelet aggregation rate; dog hemodynamic tests show that this product can increase coronary flow and reduce myocardial oxygen consumption index by dilating coronary vessels; increase cardiac output and cardiac output without increasing left ventricular work.
