Appearance
This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.
Indication
Used for nausea and vomiting caused by radiotherapy and cytotoxic chemotherapy.
Usage and Dosage
This product is for intravenous drip. The recommended dose for adults is usually 3 mg, which is administered intravenously 30 minutes before treatment. Most patients only need to take the drug once, and the preventive effect on nausea and vomiting can last for more than 24 hours. If necessary, the dose can be increased by 1 to 2 times, but the maximum daily dose should not exceed 9 mg. The infusion time should not be less than 15 minutes. The elderly and those with liver and kidney dysfunction do not need to adjust the dose.
Adverse Reactions
Common side effects include headache, fatigue, fever, constipation, and occasional transient asymptomatic increase in liver transaminases. The reaction is mild and can be recovered without special treatment.

1. It is contraindicated for patients with gastrointestinal obstruction. 2. It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product.
