Vitamin EC Granules
Function and Efficacy
1. Vitamin E can resist the peroxidation of free radicals, protect cell biomembranes and other cell structures from damage by free radicals, protect red blood cells from hemolysis, protect nerves and muscles from damage by oxygen free radicals, maintain the normal development and function of nerves, muscles, and skin, thereby delaying aging and protecting the skin. Vitamin E can improve immunity, strengthen T helper cells, and kill cancer cells. Its powerful antioxidant effect protects cells' DNA, lipids, and other substances related to life activities from oxidation, and strengthens lysosomes. Vitamin E and C have effects on reproductive function, lipid metabolism, etc., and can promote sexual function. Large doses of vitamin C can promote the proliferation of capillaries and small blood vessels and improve peripheral circulation. Vitamin C participates in amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, collagen and tissue cell matrix synthesis, maintains immune function, and increases resistance to infection. It also has antihistamine effects and prevents the formation of nitrosamines. Long-term use can improve the state of the body's lymphatic system, skeletal muscle, and cardiovascular system functions. 2. Vitamin C and vitamin E are easily oxidized in the body and protect the DNA, proteins and membrane lipids in cells from being oxidized by free radicals. The combination of vitamin C and vitamin E has a synergistic effect and produces a better antioxidant effect. The combined use can prevent or eliminate the damage caused by cross-linking caused by oxygen free radicals to the skin, other cells, organs and tissues of the human body, as well as skin keratinization caused by sunlight exposure and skin aging caused by pigmentation.

Drugs that reduce or affect fat absorption, such as comisamine, neomycin and sucralfate, can interfere with the absorption of vitamin E and should not be taken together. 3. Patients with iron deficiency anemia have an increased need for vitamin E when supplementing iron. 4. Oral contraceptives can accelerate the metabolism of vitamin E, leading to vitamin E deficiency. 5. When estrogen and vitamin E are used together, if the dosage is large and the treatment course is long, it can induce thrombophlebitis. 6. Vitamin E should be avoided from being used with dicoumarol and its derivatives to prevent the occurrence of hypoprothrombinemia. 7. The combination of vitamin C with heparin or warfarin can cause a shortening of the prothrombin time. 8.
