Function and Efficacy

This product is a vitamin drug. Vitamin E is a basic nutrient, and its exact function is not yet clear. Appearance

This product is light yellow clear oily liquid.

Indication

This product is only suitable for acanthocytosis or malabsorption syndrome.

Usage and Dosage

Intramuscular injection: once a day, 5-50 mg each time.

Adverse Reactions

Long-term and large-scale use (daily dose of 400-800 mg) can cause blurred vision, breast enlargement, diarrhea, dizziness, flu-like symptoms, headache, nausea, stomach cramps, fatigue and weakness. Some patients have chapped skin, cheilitis, angular cheilitis, gastrointestinal dysfunction, and muscle weakness. The above reactions will gradually disappear after stopping the drug.

Drug Interactions

1 Avoid using coumarin and its derivatives with large amounts of this product to prevent the occurrence of hypoprothrombinemia. 2 The need for vitamin E increases when supplementing iron in iron-deficiency anemia.
