Frankincense in this product has the effects of promoting blood circulation, relieving pain, removing decay and promoting tissue regeneration; alum has the effects of detoxification and killing insects, drying dampness and stopping sores, stopping bleeding and removing decay; borneol has the effects of clearing away heat and inflammation, dispersing knots and relieving pain, and removing swelling and removing cataracts. Furazolidone has a therapeutic effect on vaginal infections caused by Trichomonas; metronidazole has the effect of killing Trichomonas. It has a killing effect on anaerobic microorganisms. The metabolites generated when it is reduced in the human body also have an anti-anaerobic effect, inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial deoxyribonucleic acid, thereby interfering with the growth and reproduction of bacteria, and ultimately leading to bacterial death. The results of the long-term toxicity test on rats showed that after observing general behavioral signs, no abnormal behavioral signs were observed in each dose group, each time, and each test case, and the animals gained weight rapidly and developed well. There were no significant differences in the various indicators tested in the blood routine, liver function, and kidney function tests, all of which were within the physiological value range. Systematic autopsy and organ coefficient calculation showed no visible pathological changes in each group. There was no significant difference in organ coefficients between groups, all of which were within the physiological range. Morphological examination of the main organs showed no abnormal tissue morphology in each test group. No abnormal changes were observed in the 3-week recovery observation. This indicates that this product does not cause delayed toxicity and side effects in rats with long-term poisoning. This product was administered vaginally to rats. 24 hours, 48 hours and 7 days after administration, local vaginal anatomical observation and pathological examination showed no edema, exudation, congestion, inflammatory cell infiltration, congestion, ulceration, and no abnormal reactions were observed in the whole body. This indicates that this product does not cause irritation and pathological damage to the vagina, and has no adverse effects on the whole body.

This product is a suppository.

It is used for cervicitis, cervical erosion, trichomonas vaginitis, bacterial vaginitis, fungal vaginitis. It can also be used for pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis.

Vaginal medication. Take 1 pill at a time, every other day. Use disposable gloves to insert the suppository into the posterior fornix of the vagina, and take the medication before going to bed. Take the medication after menstruation, 5 times as a course of treatment.

Furazolidone and metronidazole in this product often cause gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting, allergic reactions (mostly urticaria), drug fever, and asthma. It may also cause pulmonary infiltration, headache, orthostatic hypotension, hypoglycemia, etc.

Furazolidone and metronidazole in this product may interact with the following drugs. 1. It can inhibit the metabolism of warfarin and other oral anticoagulants, enhance their effects, and cause the prothrombin time to be prolonged. 2. The simultaneous use of drugs that induce liver microsomal enzymes such as phenytoin sodium and phenobarbital can enhance the metabolism of this product, reduce the blood drug concentration, and slow down the excretion of phenytoin sodium. 3. The simultaneous use of drugs that inhibit the activity of liver microsomal enzymes such as cimetidine can slow down the metabolism and excretion of this product in the liver, prolong the serum half-life of this product, and the dosage should be adjusted according to the results of blood drug concentration determination. 4. This product interferes with the metabolism of disulfiram. Patients who use the two together may experience mental symptoms after drinking. Therefore, patients who have used disulfiram within 2 weeks should not use this product again. 5. It can interfere with the results of aminotransferase and LDH determinations, and can reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
