Pharmacodynamic tests show that this product has different degrees of analgesic effect in the mouse hot plate method, acetic acid twisting method, electrical stimulation method, rat tail flick method and trigeminal neuralgia analgesia experiment; this product has an inhibitory effect on rat toe swelling caused by egg white; it can inhibit the spontaneous activity of mice and the excitatory effect of amphetamine on mice; combined with subthreshold doses of sodium pentobarbital, it can increase the number of sleeping mice and prolong the sleeping time; combined with cyclophosphamide, it can prolong the survival time of mice with Ehrlich ascites cancer; it has a certain inhibitory effect on arteriovenous thrombosis in rats. Acute toxicity tests show that the LD50 of this product for intramuscular injection in mice is 32.19g crude drug/kg, the LD50 of this product for intravenous injection in mice is 11.18g crude drug/kg, and the LD50 of this product for intramuscular injection in rats is 27.60g crude drug/kg. Long-term toxicity test showed that rats were injected intramuscularly with 0.626, 2.09, and 6.26g crude drug/kg/d for 90 consecutive days. The BUN of the 6.26g crude drug/kg group increased significantly, and a few animals had nodules at the injection site. Four rats died in the 6.26g crude drug/kg group after 10 weeks, and two rats died in the 2.09g crude drug/kg group after 12 weeks. The dead rats had mild edema in the myocardial interstitium. Beagle dogs were injected intramuscularly with 1.67 and 5.0g crude drug/kg/d for 90 consecutive days. The 5.0g crude drug/kg group had a slow heart rate, prolonged P-R interval, flat T wave, mild edema in the myocardial interstitium, and mild dilation and congestion of blood vessels after 90 days of administration.
