Function and Efficacy

The sucralfate in this product can directly form a thin film at the site of inflammation to protect the inflamed mucosa and resist the invasion of gastric acid; berberine hydrochloride has a weak antibacterial effect on bacteria and is effective for intestinal infections.

Ingredients

This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 0.2 grams of sucralfate and 0.05 grams of berberine hydrochloride.

Appearance

This product is in the form of tablets.

Indication

Used for chronic gastritis and gastroenteritis.

Usage and Dosage

Oral administration: Adults, 3 to 4 times a day, 5 tablets each time, take on an empty stomach 1 hour before meals or before bedtime.

Adverse Reactions

The most common adverse reactions are constipation, and the less common or occasional adverse reactions are low back pain, diarrhea, nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, indigestion, fatigue, rash, and drug fever.

Precautions

It is contraindicated in patients with hemolytic anemia and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.

Drug Interactions

1. This product should not be taken together with tetracyclic drugs, cimetidine, phenytoin sodium, warfarin, various vitamins, fluoroquinolones or digoxin, as it can reduce the absorption of these drugs. 2. When used with multi-enzyme tablets, the efficacy of both drugs is reduced. 3. When used with this product, Chinese medicine containing tannins can form insoluble complexes with berberine, reducing the efficacy. 4. If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur. Please consult a physician or pharmacist for details.
