Function and Efficacy
Calcium is necessary to maintain the normal function of the human nervous system, muscles, skeletal system, cell membranes and capillary permeability. Vitamin D can participate in the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, promote their absorption and play an important role in bone formation.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 1.5 grams of calcium carbonate (equivalent to 600 mg of calcium) and 125 international units of vitamin D3. The auxiliary materials are: mannitol, povidone K30, flavor, and magnesium stearate.

Appearance
This product is white or off-white tablets.
Indication
Used as a calcium supplement for pregnant and lactating women, menopausal women, the elderly, etc., and helps prevent and treat osteoporosis.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Chew and swallow. Adults, 1 tablet at a time, 1 to 2 times a day, the maximum daily dose should not exceed 3 tablets; children, half a tablet at a time, 1 to 2 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. Belching and constipation. 2. Overdose may cause hypercalcemia and occasionally milk-alkali syndrome, which is manifested as hypercalcemia, alkalosis and renal insufficiency (caused by taking milk and calcium carbonate or calcium carbonate alone).
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with hypercalcemia, hyperuricemia, calcium-containing kidney stones, or a history of kidney stones.

Drug Interactions
1. This product should not be used in combination with digitalis drugs. 2. Drinking large amounts of alcoholic and caffeinated beverages and smoking large amounts of cigarettes will inhibit the absorption of calcium. 3. Eating large amounts of fiber-rich foods can inhibit the absorption of calcium, because calcium combines with cellulose to form compounds that are not easily absorbed. 4. This product is used with phenytoin sodium and tetracyclines, and the absorption of both is reduced. 5. Vitamin D, birth control pills, and estrogen can increase calcium absorption. 6. When this product is used in combination with thiazide diuretics, hypercalcemia is likely to occur due to increased renal tubular calcium reabsorption. 7. When this product is used in combination with potassium-containing drugs, attention should be paid to arrhythmias. 8. If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur.
