Diclofenac diethylamine gel

This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug for external use. After local application, its active ingredients can penetrate the skin to reach the inflamed area, relieve acute and chronic inflammatory reactions, and have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Its mechanism of action is related to inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins.

The main ingredient of this product is diclofenac diethylamine. Its chemical name is 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]phenylacetate sodium. Molecular formula: C14H11Cl2NO2C4H11N Molecular weight: 369.27

This product is a white or light yellow creamy gel with a fragrant smell.

This product is suitable for relieving local pain and inflammation. Localized soft tissue diseases, such as tenosynovitis, shoulder-hand syndrome and bursitis, periarticular lesions, osteoarthritis of the limbs and spine; post-traumatic inflammation of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints, such as sprains, strains and contusions.

For external use, apply an appropriate amount of this product according to the size of the affected area and rub it gently, 3 to 4 times a day. The total amount per day should not exceed 15g (3/4 stick).

It is rare for this product to cause systemic reactions when used topically. If it is used on a large area of skin and for a long time, the possibility of causing systemic reactions cannot be completely ruled out. 1. Local reactions: Occasionally allergic or non-allergic dermatitis, such as papules, skin redness, edema, itching, small blisters, large blisters or scales, etc. 2. Systemic reactions: Some patients may experience systemic rashes, allergic reactions (such as asthma attacks, angioedema), photosensitivity reactions, etc.
