Function and Efficacy
This product is a neutral compound of aspirin and acetaminophen bonded by an ester bond. It has antipyretic and analgesic effects, with fewer adverse reactions than aspirin, and is easily tolerated by patients. Appearance
This product is white granules with sweet taste.
Indication
Used for acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, as well as fever, headache, neuralgia, postoperative pain, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration, 0.5-1.5 g at a time, 1.5-4.5 g per day, or as directed by a physician.
Adverse Reactions
1. Gastrointestinal reactions are mild, including nausea, heartburn, indigestion and constipation, and there are also reports of diarrhea. 2. It can cause rash. 3. It can cause neuropsychiatric symptoms such as drowsiness, dizziness and disorientation. 4. It has the risk of causing Reye's syndrome in children with acute febrile diseases, especially influenza and chickenpox. It is rare in China. 5. Long-term use of the drug can affect liver function, and there are reports of causing liver cell necrosis. 6. Long-term use may cause analgesic nephropathy.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with liver and kidney dysfunction, allergy to aspirin and acetaminophen, and those who have experienced asthma, rhinitis, and nasal polyposis syndrome caused by other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Avoid using this drug in children except for patients with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Not clear. Precautions for the elderly: The dosage should be reduced when used by the elderly.
Drug Interactions
This product should not be used simultaneously with oral anticoagulants (such as warfarin and heparin). If used simultaneously with other drugs, drug interactions may occur. Please consult your physician or pharmacist for details.
