Arginine Ibuprofen Granules

Function and Efficacy

[Pharmacology and Toxicology] This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that can inhibit prostaglandin synthesis and has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects. Arginine profen is ibuprofen arginine salt, which improves the solubility of ibuprofen and is absorbed faster than ibuprofen. The analgesic effect is achieved 15 to 30 minutes after taking the medicine. It can also play an analgesic and anti-inflammatory role, and the therapeutic effect is good. Use a medium dose, 1.2g per day, mainly antipyretic and analgesic effects. Large doses have significant anti-inflammatory effects. [Pharmacokinetics] The ibuprofen contained in the granules is rapidly absorbed. After oral administration of 200mg, the maximum average plasma concentration equivalent to 25mg/L of active ingredients can be reached 15 to 30 minutes (compared with other ibuprofen dosage forms, other ibuprofen dosage forms can only reach an average plasma concentration of 15mg/L 1 to 2 hours after taking the medicine). This product is mainly absorbed through the small intestine, with a plasma half-life of 1.5 to 2 hours. At the same time, the protein binding rate is about 99%. It is rapidly excreted through the kidneys, mainly in the form of inactive metabolites. There is no report of accumulation even during long-term treatment. After taking ibuprofen, ibuprofen and its other metabolites are completely excreted within 24 hours.
