First, routine disinfection is performed, and then local anesthesia of the anus or anal canal is performed, and 0.5-1% lidocaine is used as an anesthetic. This product is used for injection into hemorrhoids (1:1 concentration, that is, this product is diluted 1 time with 0.5% lidocaine injection). For stage I and II internal hemorrhoids and varicose mixed hemorrhoids, each hemorrhoid is exposed under an anoscope, and the needle is inserted obliquely at the raised part of the central surface of the hemorrhoid. When there is a sense of muscle resistance, the needle is withdrawn to administer the drug. The injection volume for each site is based on the uniformity, fullness, and filling of the hemorrhoids, and the surface mucosa is pink. The dosage for each site is 3 ml to 5 ml. For stage III internal hemorrhoids and varicose mixed hemorrhoids with loose rectal mucosa, this product (1:1 concentration) should also be injected under the loose rectal mucosa on the hemorrhoids and near the dentate line, and the dosage for each point is 1 ml:3 ml; withdraw the anoscope, expose the hemorrhoids, and the injection method for stage III internal hemorrhoids is the same as that for stage I and II internal hemorrhoids. Each patient is given 10 ml to 20 ml at a time, with an average of 15 ml and a maximum dose of no more than 40 ml. Each patient is generally given only one injection.
