The main ingredient of this product is naproxen sodium.

This product is in the form of granules.

It is used for analgesia and anti-inflammatory of rheumatic and rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, and the musculoskeletal system (such as joints, muscles, and tendons). It is also used for symptomatic treatment of pain caused by various diseases.

Common dosage: ① Anti-rheumatic: 0.25-0.5g (0.5-1 bag) at a time, once in the morning and evening every day, or take 0.25g (0.5 bag) in the morning and 0.5g (1 bag) at night; ② Analgesia: 0.5g (1 bag) for the first time, 0.25g (0.5 bag) each time thereafter, once every 6-8 hours if necessary; ③ Gouty arthritis: 0.75g (1.5 bags) for the first time, 0.25g (0.5 bag) each time thereafter, once every 8 hours.

1. Nausea, vomiting, indigestion, constipation, stomach discomfort, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, tinnitus, shortness of breath, dyspnea, asthma, itchy skin, limb edema may be seen; 2. Blurred vision or visual impairment, hearing loss, diarrhea, oral irritation or pain, palpitations and sweating may be seen; 3. Gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney damage, allergic rash, depression, muscle weakness, abnormal blood count, liver function damage may be seen occasionally;

Precautions for children: Not yet clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited. 2. Patients with asthma and nasal polyposis syndrome, angioedema, and allergies to aspirin or other antipyretic analgesics are prohibited. 3. Patients with active gastric and duodenal ulcers are prohibited. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.

1. Drinking alcohol or taking it with other anti-inflammatory analgesics can increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions and the risk of ulcer attacks. 2. When used with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, the bleeding time is prolonged, bleeding tendency may occur and there is a possibility of gastrointestinal ulcers. 3. Naproxen Sodium Granules can reduce the sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects of furosemide. 4. Naproxen Sodium Granules can inhibit the excretion of lithium and increase the blood lithium concentration. 5. When used with probenecid, the blood concentration of Naproxen Sodium Granules increases, the half-life is prolonged, the efficacy is increased, but the adverse reactions also increase accordingly. 6.
