Propafenone hydrochloride
Indication
Used for paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia and supraventricular tachycardia (including those with preexcitation syndrome).
Precautions
1. Patients with sinus node dysfunction, severe atrioventricular block, bifascicular block, severe congestive heart failure, cardiogenic shock, severe hypotension, and allergic reaction to the drug without pacemaker protection are contraindicated. 2. Elderly patients should use with caution.
