Compound Sodium Lactate Sorbitol Injection
Function and Efficacy
By regulating body fluid volume, osmotic pressure, supplementing potassium, sodium, calcium and chloride ions and supplying heat. Sodium lactate is converted into bicarbonate ions in the body to regulate acid-base balance and maintain normal physiological functions; sodium is the most important cation in extracellular fluid and is the main substance to maintain constant body fluid osmotic pressure and extracellular volume; potassium is the main cation in cells and plays an important role in maintaining normal neuromuscular excitability; calcium ions are closely related to many functions of the body as second messengers in cells. After entering the human body, most of sorbitol is converted into glycogen to supply heat. Lactate ions can correct metabolic acidosis and allow potassium ions to enter cells from extracellular fluid. When the amount of circulating blood and tissue fluid in the body decreases, this product can be used as a supplement and adjuster for tissue fluid, and has a corrective effect on electrolyte disorders and acidosis.
