Nasal Cleaner (Nose Cola)

The nasal cleanser (nose cola) consists of a nasal wash bottle and nasal wash solution. The nasal wash bottle consists of a nasal wash bottle body, a bottle cap, a wash liquid tube, a water valve, an air valve, a nasal plugger, and a dust cover. The nasal wash solution consists of sea salt, sodium citrate, and citric acid. According to the capacity and filling amount of the nasal wash bottle and nasal wash solution, it is divided into two models. The hygiene indicators of the nasal wash solution: mold and yeast <40cfu/g, coliform bacteria and Staphylococcus aureus must not be detected.

Used for cleaning nasal and sinus secretions and crusts, cleaning atrophic rhinitis drugs, washing after nasopharyngeal carcinoma surgery and chemotherapy, and nasal care and washing after occupational inhalation of dust

For the first time use, please read the precautions and instructions carefully. 1. Clean the nasal cavity and sinuses 1. Add clean warm water to the nasal wash bottle, close to body temperature, not too hot, to the 240 ml mark. 2. Wash your hands, take a small bag of nasal wash and pour it into the wash bottle, cover the bottle cap, and shake well. (Note: After nasal surgery, please add disinfectant or follow the doctor's advice) 3. Block one nostril with the nasal plug on the nasal wash bottle, and lean forward slightly. Open your mouth and breathe through your mouth; use one hand to pinch and release the wash bottle alternately, and the wash liquid can be continuously squeezed into the nasal cavity (Note: Be sure to pinch lightly and then release, and don't pinch it all the way at once), and the nasal viscera will flow out of the other nostril with the wash liquid. When washing your nose, avoid inhaling, swallowing or laughing with your nose to prevent choking! 4. Before changing the other nasal cavity, hit your nose lightly to discharge the nasal viscera. If water enters one side and it is difficult for the other side to exit, try to enter the water from the side that is difficult to exit, but do not use too much force. 5. Plug the nasal plug on the nasal wash bottle into the other nostril and repeat steps 3-40. If there is still dirt flowing out of the nasal cavity on both sides after washing once, repeat steps 3-5 until all the wash solution is used up. 2. Remove the remaining water in the nose. Bend over, lower your head, with the tip of your nose facing your knees, and breathe in with your mouth and exhale through your nose. Repeat 3-5 times, then return to normal position, and the remaining water in the nose will flow out. If there is liquid in the nose, it will increase the moisture of the nasal cavity and benefit the nasal mucosa, so there is no need to worry. When you just finish washing, it is normal to sneeze occasionally due to the effect of the wash solution. 3. The number of times to wash the nose is unlimited and the time of use is not limited. You can use it at any time when needed. For patients who have undergone nasal surgery not long ago, it is appropriate to wash the nose 2-3 times a day. For patients with nasal diseases, it is recommended to wash twice a day in the early stage, 2-3 weeks, and then reduce to once a day. For patients with severe rhinitis and sinusitis, after using it for 1-2 weeks, you can gradually increase the concentration of the nasal wash solution by reducing the amount of water: pour a bag of nasal wash and add 60-200 ml of water to make a high-concentration nasal wash solution. After a course of treatment, you can reduce it to at least 2 times a week to protect the nasal mucosa and reduce recurrence. For general health care, it is recommended to wash twice a week.
