Ofloxacin Eye Drops

A broad-spectrum antibacterial drug, also effective against Chlamydia trachomatis. Mainly used to treat bacterial external eye infections, trachoma and bacterial intraocular infections.

The main ingredient of this product is ofloxacin. Its chemical name is ()-9-fluoro-2,3-dihydro-3-methyl-10-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-7-oxo-7hydro-pyrido(1,2,3-de)[1,4]benzoxazine-6-carboxylic acid.

This product is a slightly yellow or light yellow clear solution.

This product is suitable for the treatment of external eye infections such as bacterial conjunctivitis, keratitis, corneal ulcers, dacryocystitis, and postoperative infections.

1-2 drops/time, 4-6 times/day, or as directed by your doctor.

Eye drops and eye ointments can cause mild irritation, with occasional pungent, stinging-like irritation. Subconjunctival injection can cause strong irritation.

Patients who are allergic to levofloxacin hydrochloride or other quinolones or any components of this product are contraindicated.

There is no obvious interaction between ofloxacin and anticoagulants. When this product is used together with cefotaxime, metronidazole, clindamycin, cyclosporine, etc., the pharmacokinetic process of each drug has no obvious change.
