Function and Efficacy
This product is a broad-spectrum antifungal drug of the acrylamine class. It can specifically interfere with the early biosynthesis of fungal sterols, selectively inhibit the activity of fungal squalene epoxidase, and hinder the squalene epoxidation reaction in the process of fungal cell membrane formation, thereby achieving the effect of killing or inhibiting fungi.

Appearance
This product is a white cream with an emulsion base
Indication
Used for tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea manuum, pedis, and tinea versicolor caused by skin fungi, yeasts and other fungi.
Usage and Dosage
Topical medication: The usual dose is 1 to 2 times a day. Clean and dry the affected area before use, then apply the cream thinly to the affected area and its surroundings and rub gently. If the affected area has been rubbed (such as under the breast, between the fingers, between the buttocks, and in the groin), gauze can be used to cover it after application, especially at night. Treatment course: 1 to 2 weeks for tinea corporis and tinea cruris, 2 to 4 weeks for tinea pedis, and 2 weeks for tinea versicolor.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally, redness, itching, or stinging may occur at the site of application, but these symptoms rarely require discontinuation of the drug. Note: These symptoms must be distinguished from allergic reactions, which occur very rarely but require discontinuation of the drug.
Precautions
Contraindicated in patients allergic to terbinafine or any of the agents in the emulsion.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: There is limited experience with topical use of this product in children, so it is not recommended for use. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Animal studies have shown that this product has no adverse effects on the fetus, but it has not been verified by controlled trials in pregnant women, so it is not recommended for use by pregnant women unless the benefits far outweigh the risks. Terbinafine can be excreted in breast milk, although the amount is very small, but women who use this product should stop breastfeeding their babies. Precautions for the elderly: The dosage and adverse reactions of elderly patients are the same as those of young people.
