Isoproterenol hydrochloride aerosol
Function and Efficacy
This product is a α receptor agonist, which has a strong stimulatory effect on both α1 and α2 receptors, and has almost no effect on α receptors. Main effects: ① Acting on the α1 receptor of the heart, it increases the heart contraction force, speeds up the heart rate, accelerates conduction, and increases cardiac output and myocardial oxygen consumption. ② Acting on the α2 receptor of vascular smooth muscle, it causes significant dilation of skeletal muscle blood vessels, and also dilation of kidney, mesenteric blood vessels and coronary arteries to varying degrees, and reduces the total peripheral resistance of blood vessels. Its cardiovascular effect leads to increased systolic blood pressure, decreased diastolic blood pressure, and increased pulse pressure difference. ③ Acting on the α2 receptor of bronchial smooth muscle, it relaxes the bronchial smooth muscle. ④ Promotes the decomposition of glycogen and fat and increases tissue oxygen consumption.
