Concentrated Vitamin Phosphate Syrup
Function and Efficacy
The caffeine in this product can increase the intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) content. Small doses can enhance the excitation process of the cerebral cortex, invigorate the spirit, and relieve fatigue. Large doses can excite the medulla oblongata center. Vitamin B1 combines with adenosine triphosphate to form vitamin B1 pyrophosphate, which is a coenzyme necessary for carbohydrate metabolism. Vitamin B1 can inhibit the activity of cholinesterase. When it is deficient, the activity of cholinesterase is enhanced, and the hydrolysis of acetylcholine is accelerated, causing nerve impulse conduction disorders and affecting gastrointestinal and myocardial function. Nicotinic acid can be converted into nicotinamide in the body, and then combined with riboadenine to form nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (coenzyme I) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (coenzyme II), which are necessary for lipid, amino acid, protein, purine metabolism, tissue respiration oxidation and glycogenolysis. Nicotinic acid can reduce the effect of coenzyme A; it affects the transportation of cholesterol in the blood by inhibiting the synthesis of very low density lipoprotein (VLDL). Nicotine also has a peripheral vasodilation effect. Sodium glycerophosphate is a phosphorus supplement used to meet the body's daily phosphorus needs. Phosphorus is involved in bone formation and in the composition of cell membranes in the form of phospholipids. Phosphorus is also related to the activity of many metabolic enzymes and plays a vital role in energy metabolism.

Indication
Used for dizziness, mental fatigue and hypophosphatemia caused by autonomic nervous system dysfunction.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 10 ml each time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Overdose of caffeine in this compound may cause nausea, headache or insomnia. Overdose over a long period of time may cause headache, tension, agitation and anxiety. The lethal dose of caffeine is 10g.
Precautions
1. Patients who are allergic to sodium glycerophosphate are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with gastric ulcer are prohibited from using this product. 3. Patients with severe renal insufficiency are prohibited from using this product. 4. Patients with shock and dehydration are prohibited from using this product.
Drug Interactions
1. Isoniazid and meprobamate can enhance the efficacy of caffeine, increasing the concentration of caffeine in brain tissue by 55%, while the concentration in liver and kidney decreases. 2. Oral contraceptives may slow down the clearance rate of caffeine. 3. Taking calcium salts, aluminum hydroxide or magnesium oxide at the same time can reduce the absorption of phosphorus. 4. Combined use with adrenal cortical hormones, especially mineralocorticoids, adrenocorticotropic hormone, and androgens can increase water and sodium retention. 5. Vitamin D can increase the absorption of oral phosphorus, and hyperphosphatemia is prone to occur when used together.
Storage
Seal tightly, protect from light, and store below 30℃.
