This product exerts its cytotoxic effect by inhibiting topoisomerase I, making DNA unable to replicate and causing irreversible DNA chain damage, thereby leading to cell death.

The main ingredient of this product is hydroxycamptothecin. Chemical name: 4-ethyl-4,10-dihydroxy 1H-pyrano[3,4:6,7]-indolizino[1,2b]quinoline-3,14-(4H,12H)-dione. This product is a yellow clear liquid.

1. Intravenous injection: 10-30 mg each time, dissolved in sodium chloride injection and injected intravenously, once a day, 3 times a week, 6-8 weeks as a course of treatment, combined with the dosage of this product can be appropriately reduced. 2. Bladder instillation: 10 mg each time, dissolved in 10 ml of sodium chloride injection, instilled after urination, maintained for about 2-4 hours, once a week, 10 times as a course of treatment. 3. Thoracic and abdominal injection: After the malignant pleural and ascites are drained, 10-20 mg is dissolved in 20 ml of sodium chloride injection and injected into the thoracic and abdominal cavity, 1-2 times a week.
