Adults take 5mg-10mg (1-2 tablets) orally at a time, before bedtime or when they have trouble falling asleep. For patients with a low body weight, the recommended dose is 5mg (1 tablet) at a time. For elderly patients, diabetics, and patients with mild to moderate liver dysfunction, the recommended dose is 5mg (1 tablet) at a time. Take only once a night. Continuous medication is limited to 7-10 days. If insomnia is not relieved after taking 7-10 days, the doctor should re-evaluate the cause of the patient's insomnia.
