　Jiangsu Sanyi Technology Co., Ltd. (the original Jiangsu Sanyi Chemical Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1984. It is located in the Beijiao Industrial Park of Liyang Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, China covering 105,000sqm and a construction area of 25,000sqm, plus 13,880sqm. Currently it has more than 250 employees, 42 of which are engineering technicians and administrative personnel. It has more than 250 sets of various chemical manufacturing equipments, ecological equipments and test equipments. The company also has a waste water treatment device with the treatment capacity of 5000M3/day. The main product structure is organic intermediate series products, including, oxidation, hydrogenation, chlorination, nitration, acylation, esterification, condensation, cyclization, iodization and sulfonation. It mainly engages in the production of pharmaceutical, pesticide and dye intermediates, and has more than 70 product varieties. The products are sold to Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Germany, U.S.A. and other countries apart from domestic market. The manufacturing technolgoy of the company are introduced from U.S.A. and other international advanced countries, and in 2003, the turnover of the company reached 65 million Yuan RMB. We adopt ISO9001: 2000 quality management method to control the quality of the products, and in 2002, we passed the Quality System Certificate.
