D-(+)-Glucono-1,5-lactone

Application:Used as the raw material of bean curd coagulant, flavoring agent, pH reducing agent and leavening agent. In Japan, as tofu coagulant accounts for 50%-70% of the total amount of Japan, with this product to make tofu, the texture is pure, tender and delicious, and can prolong the preservation time. The hygienic standards for the use of food additives (GB2760-86) stipulate the maximum dosage of 3.0g/kg. Gluconolactone is used in the milk industry to prevent the formation of milk stone, brewing industry for beer stone prevention agent, added to toothpaste to help remove tartar, but also used in meat, metal surface treatment agent.
