Tri Calcium Phosphate/TCP

Calcium phosphate is a kind of inorganic compound, the chemical formula is Ca3(PO4)2, for the white crystal or amorphous powder, slightly soluble in water, easily soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, insoluble in ethanol, acetone and ether, commonly used as anti-coagulating agent, acidity regulator, nutrient supplement (calcium), aroma enhancer, stabilizer, water retention agent , medicine used as acid making agent.

In the food industry, it is used as anticoagulant, nutrient supplement, buffer, fragrance enhancer, yeast food, diluent of plant extract, animal oil refining aid, stabilizer. Such as flour anti coagulant, milk powder, candy, pudding, condiments, meat additives, animal oil refining additives, yeast food. As anticoagulant, Chinese regulations can be used for solid drinks, the maximum usage is 8. og/kg~ can also be used for wheat flour, the maximum usage of 0. 3g/kg* fried potato chips 2. Og/kg; Soybean powder, soybean milk powder 3 ~ 20g/kg; Compound seasonings are limited to GMP. It can also be used as nutrient fortification agent, pH regulator and buffer. For non-carbonated beverages, the maximum usage is 2.og /kg.
