Polymeric MDI (Isocyanate)

Methylene diphenyl isocyanate (MDI) is an essential raw material used primarily to manufacture polyurethane foam used in a variety of products and industrial applications. Polymeric MDI is a technical grade mixture of diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate with isomer and homologues of higher functionality. It is used in system with polyols to produce rigid polyurethanes foam,and also in semi-rigid foam ,CASE application.

Polymeric MDI is mainly used in producing Polyurethane rigid foam as Part B in two-component system . The Part A is blended polyols formulated as requirement of application ,with catalyst,silicone ,flame retardant and blowing agent .
