Detailed Description of Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) Product

1. 1.Excellent flocculation effect: After hydrolysis, it forms high-density flocculants with fast sedimentation speed, and has outstanding capabilities in turbidity removal,  decolorization, and sterilization.

 4.Packaging and Storage

• Packaging specifications: Solid products are packed in 25kg per bag, with outer layer of woven bag/kraft paper bag and inner layer of food-grade polyethylene film.
  
  
  Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, protected from moisture, rain and sunlight.
  
  
  Storage and transportation requirements: It is forbidden to be transported or stored together with toxic, harmful and corrosive substances.
  
  
  Shelf life: 12 months for solid products and 6 months for liquid products.

5.Simple User Guide

1. Solid products are mixed and dissolved with water in a ratio of 1:3 to prepare a 10%~15% mother liquor.
   
   
   Dilute to a 2%~5% working solution according to the turbidity of the raw water, with a conventional dosage of 20~100mg/L.
   
   
   The optimal dosage is determined through on-site small-scale tests. After stirring and reacting for 10~15 minutes, precipitate and filter.

• National Standard: GB/T 22627-2022 "Polymeric Aluminum Chloride", which applies to polymeric aluminum chloride products used in industrial water supply, wastewater, sewage and sludge treatment. It strengthens safety indicators such as heavy metals and microorganisms, and unifies product quality requirements;
• Raw Material Standards: The hydrochloric acid used in production must comply with the GB/T 320 industrial standard. Raw materials such as calcium aluminate powder and bauxite must meet industrial-grade purity requirements. If hazardous waste is used as a raw material, environmental protection approval must be obtained;
• Enterprise Standards: On the basis of national standards, the control accuracy of insoluble substances and heavy metal content is further improved, and the product particle size and solubility are optimized to ensure stable and consistent product performance.

1. Raw material inspection: All raw materials for production must be tested for indicators such as purity and impurity content before entering the factory. Unqualified raw materials are strictly prohibited from entering the factory to control product quality from the source.

3. Production process control: The drum drying process is adopted for production, and parameters such as reaction temperature, reaction time, and raw material ratio are strictly controlled to ensure that the alumina content is stably maintained at 20% ± 0.5% and avoid content fluctuations.

5. Semi-finished product inspection: During the production process, each batch of semi-finished products must be tested for core indicators such as alumina content, basicity, and pH value. Unqualified semi-finished products need to be reprocessed and adjusted.

7. Finished product inspection: Before leaving the factory, each batch of finished products must undergo a full inspection (covering all indicators in the specification parameters), a test report must be issued, and only qualified products can leave the factory.

9. Regular sampling inspection: Enterprises regularly conduct sampling inspections on products leaving the factory, track the product usage effect, and promptly optimize the production process to ensure the long-term stability of product quality.

• The content of aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) is ≥ 20% with no negative deviation;
• Indicators such as basicity, insoluble matter, and pH value meet the above specification parameter requirements;
• The content of heavy metals (arsenic, lead, cadmium, etc.) does not exceed the national standard limits;
• The appearance has no obvious caking and no peculiar smell, and the solid particle size and liquid transparency meet the requirements;
• The test reports are complete, and the test data of various indicators are true and valid, complying with the GB/T 22627-2022 standard.
